Domestic Shipping
- At Eldan Cosmetics Australia we offer FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders.
- We try to dispatch our products as quickly as possible within 1 - 2 business days.
- We ship via Australia Registered Post. Please allow 5 - 7 business days to receive your delivery.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number for your order.
International Shipping to New Zealand
- We offer a flat rate $20 International Shipping Service to New Zealand only.
- All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- We try to dispatch our products as quickly as possible within 1 - 2 business days.
- We ship via Australia Post International shipping to New Zealand.
Delivery
If you are having a parcel delivered to a business address please make sure that you clearly include the company name, floor/level and the name of the recipient in the shipping address.
It is up to the Australia Post individual contractor as to whether they are comfortable leaving your parcel at the delivery address if it is unattended. We regret that this is beyond our control and therefore can not guarantee the delivery. If you have particular delivery considerations that need to be taken into account please let us know at the time of ordering so that we can do our best to ensure seamless delivery.
