This website www.eldancosmetics.com.au (the “Site”) is operated by Flagman PTY Ltd. We offer this website, including all information, products and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
On-line store terms
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of our Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us
Our online store is hosted by Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Online Acceptance of your Order
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email acknowledgement. NOTE: this email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received your order.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Flagman PTY Ltd will be completed when we email confirmation that the goods have been dispatched and they have been handed over to the designated courier of postal service.
Our trading name, postal and email sender details, and our physical store details are ELDAN Cosmetics AU.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or where the item ordered is out of stock or where you do not meet the purchase eligibility criteria, or where you do not meet any other aspects of our Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, address, geographic region or jurisdiction.
The sale contract is concluded in NSW, Australia.
We will exchange your items within two weeks of the purchase date as long as they are unopened, in perfect sale condition, and accompanied by a valid purchase receipt from our store.
If you believe something is wrong with a product you have purchased please contact us directly and as soon as possible. Any returns need to be sent back to our store for testing within two weeks of the purchase date and accompanied by a valid purchase receipt from our store.
If we find that the product you have purchased from us is defective, we reserve the right to either refund or to replace. We do not refund or replace product where we deem that that product has not been stored or used correctly.
The cost of return courier or post is your responsibility however we may choose to credit the cost of return in the case of a faulty product.
Storage and product care
ELDAN cosmetics should be stored in a dark, cool place or at room temperature, away from heating devices and direct sunlight. It is not recommended to store ELDAN products in cold places such as refrigerators.
After each use, the preparation should be closed with its lid and protective membrane where this has been supplied. When using cosmetic creams or masks, packaged in jars, you must use a cosmetic spatula or a specialised spatula.
Once opened, product must be used within the use by period stated on the product or its packaging. It is desirable to fully use the open medication, without waiting for the end of the maximum period of use, because long-stored open medications may lose their properties.
By placing an order with ELDAN Cosmetics Australia you agree to use the products or services only for their intended purpose. If you use the products or services for any other purpose than their intended use, you will assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of this use. During the on-line ordering process you choose whether you would like us to send the product to you or whether you would like to collect it from our store. Please always check with us first to arrange suitable pick times.
For normal Australian Post delivery please allow up to 5-7 working days from your order confirmation.
If you are having a parcel delivered to a business address please make sure that you clearly include the company name, floor/level and the name of the recipient in the shipping address.
It is up to the Australia Post individual contractor as to whether they are comfortable leaving your parcel at the delivery address if it is unattended. We regret that this is beyond our control and therefore can not guarantee the delivery. If you have particular delivery considerations that need to be taken into account please let us know at the time of ordering so that we can do our best to ensure seamless delivery.
We cannot accept any responsibility for delayed or lost shipments however please feel free to contact us via our website contact form or by phone.
Modifications to services or prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our on-line Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
